It is advisable where possible to call and confirm availability of our services before travelling to Belmopan.

Access to the High Commission

Below are general access details to the British High Commission offices. Wherever possible our security team will do all within their power to facilitate entry for disabled visitors.

• All visitors must report to the security guard to obtain a security pass before entering the premises.
• For security reasons, parking for the general public is not permitted inside the grounds of the High Commission.  If your circumstances are such that vehicular entry is essential, please contact this office to make arrangements prior to your visit.

All services to the public are provided by BHC staff on the ground floor. Floor coverings are safe and even and all doors are wide enough for wheelchair access.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, all visitors will be escorted to safety by High Commission staff in accordance with our Emergency Evacuation Plan. 
 
If you feel that the High Commission building may prove difficult for you to negotiate, please contact us and we will try to find an alternative way to assist you.
