Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12pm. The position will end in March 2010.
Required skills, qualifications and experience for the position are:
• Secondary school graduate
• Minimum of 2 years experience in providing customer service and general office work
• Fluency in English. Some Spanish would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and telephone skills
• Computer literacy – including, but not limited to, Word and Excel
• A self starter who has good organisational/time management skills
• Personal efficiency
• A team player
All candidates should have a clean police record.
